She has served in senior university leadership roles, led teams in pre- and post-award services, and taught future professionals in accounting and information systems. As founder of Wynn Essentials, she equips faculty and organizations with the tools to succeed in research, leadership, and workplace culture. Dr. Wynn is passionate about helping junior faculty move from ideas to funded grants.
